Booking Policy:

• Ticket Inclusions: Each table booking includes festival tickets for all guests at the table.

• Already Purchased Tickets? No problem! If you or your guests have already bought tickets but now wish to book a table, we’re happy to help refund your original ticket purchase. Just contact our support team at info@01festivals.com with your booking details.

1. Booking & Payment

• Reservation Requirement: Tables must be booked in advance via this website or authorized booking managers.

• Full Payment Required: All table bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your spot.

• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, and FPS.

• Confirmation: A booking confirmation (with e-tickets) will be sent via email within 24 hours.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by You:

  • More than 15 days before the event: Full refund (minus any processing fees).

  • Within 15 days of the event: No refunds, but table bookings may be transferred to another guest (subject to approval).

• Cancellation by Organizers: Full refunds will be issued automatically.

• Refund Processing Time: Allow 30-45 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

3. Ticket Inclusions & Existing Ticket Holders

• Each table booking includes festival entry tickets for all guests at the table.

• If you’ve already purchased tickets but now wish to book a table, we’ll refund your original tickets once the table booking is confirmed. Contact info@01festivals.com for assistance.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Guest List Adjustments: Notify us at least 24 hours prior if the number of attendees changes (subject to table capacity).

• No Downgrades: Upgrades to larger tables are possible (if available), but downsizing is not permitted.

5. On the Day

• Arrival Time: Tables are held until 19:00. After this time, unclaimed tables may be reallocated. We recommend that all guests arrive by 19:00, as the venue will become increasingly crowded, making it difficult to reach your table.

• Order Suspension: Delivery of bottles, drinks, and food will be suspended 30 minutes before and during international artists’ performances, as per the scheduled set times. During this period, it will not be possible to move bottles around. We recommend placing all orders before 19:30 to avoid any inconvenience.

• ID Requirement: The lead booker must present a valid ID and confirmation email for entry.
